Instructions:  A special blend of 12 organic ingredients ensures rapid growth for even the hard-to-grow strains! In a rice cooker or pressure cooker, add 1000ml of distilled water, 20 grams of our cordyceps premix, and one liter (around 4 cups) of any brown rice. Cook for 40 minutes at 15 PSI or use your cookers rice setting. (make sure the 'keep warm' option is OFF during the sterilization process) Let cool before you inoculate the substrate.
